  • How long have you been a full-time real estate agent in this market?

    For over 20 years I have been a full-time agent in real estate in this area.

  • Who will I be in contact with throughout this process?

    Your primary contact for most of your purchase and or sale will be me.

  • What certifications set you apart from other agents?

    I hold the following Realtor certifications: 

    • Certified residential specialist
    • Authorized buyer representative 
    • Certified home selling and buying advisor

  • This is a competitive market. How will you help me sell and or purchase a home?

     I have extensive experience with pricing homes to list for sale on the open market or to purchase. I have been certified as an expert negotiator with over 22 Years of experience in the field and with over 1,200 Home Sales.

  • Do I sign a contract with you, and can I cancel without penalty?

    Yes, and I include a cancellation guarantee of my services in writing.

  • How will we communicate primarily?

    Whichever way you prefer to be communicated with. Regardless, my response time frames will be quick.


  • How do you set realistic expectations for your clients?

    I will be in constant communication with you during the entire process, prepared with timely responses to any of your questions as well.


  • Are you part of a team?

    A lot of teams have multiple other people working with you in the process and you end up never hearing from the listing agent again.


     I do not work that way; I am your primary point of contact throughout the process.
